Sandy Ridge Road grasslands in Clearfield County, led by Tom Glover (814-938-5618). Last year on this outing we spotted a Rough-legged Hawk, Northern Harrier, and a Short-eared Owl. Meet at 3:00p.m. at a small cemetery on Route 36, address 14430 Colonel Drake Hwy, Punxsutawney, about 7 miles south of Punxsutawney.
