Description

Allegheny Front Hawkwatch. Meet at 8:00 a.m. at the Yellow Creek State Park office if you wish to carpool. Otherwise meet at the hawkwatch between 9:20 and 9:30 a.m. If you need directions, please contact the Higbees at 724-354-3493 or 412-309-3538. The site is located near Central City which is in Somerset County, but the actual watch is in Bedford County. Please bring something to sit on and your lunch. Be sure to dress appropriately as it is often windy on top of the mountain.

We usually stay all day, but this is dependent upon the weather and whether the hawks are flying. If youï¿½re driving, feel free to leave whenever you wish.
